 |
| 1. Remove the bag from the Instapak® Quick™ warmer, unfold, and lay it on a flat surface. |
2. Apply pressure to the "Press Here" area on the lower left side of the bag to open the inside seal. |
3. Pat part "A" and part "B" back and forth and the bag will begin to expand. |
 |
 |
 |
| 4. Place the expanding foam-filled bag in the box and nestle the product onto the cushion. |
5. Place a second expanding foam-filled bag on top of the product and close the box flaps. |
6. The Instapak® Quick™ bag expands around the product and against the box to form a top cushion. |
What's Inside?
Instapak® Quick™ bags contain sealed pouches of Instapak® liquid components. By pressing on the bag as shown above, the seals of the inner pouches are broken and the components mix. When they react, they produce high quality, protective Instapak® foam.
Before using the Instapak® Quick™ foam packaging product, it is important to know how to use it safely. Be sure to read and familiarize yourself with the information provided on the Instapak Quick® component "A" and "B" Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) and the Instapak Quick® Foam Packaging User's Guide (included with each Quick™ Warmer).
The safety section of the User's Guide can be found here.
